Signing in with an email code
- Use an email address you control and request a sign-in code. This is separate from joining the email wait-list.
- Check Inbox and Spam. Enter the newest code in the same sign-in flow before it expires; never send the code to support.
- If you need a new code, wait until the sign-in screen allows another request. Follow any error or retry message instead of repeatedly sending requests.
If an app or AI request fails
Read the visible message. Use Stop if work is still running, then check your sign-in, app permission and Plan & Usage. Reopen the saved app from My apps. Do not uninstall Power to troubleshoot: that removes local apps and data.
If the service is temporarily unavailable, wait or use the retry action offered by Power. A saved request is not proof that an app finished. Check the confirmed result before starting the same work again.
Contact support
For general help, email legal@power-extension.com or use Settings → Support in Power. Describe the issue, your Power version and the steps that led to it. Payment questions go to billing@power-extension.com; privacy requests go to privacy@power-extension.com.
Support aims for a first meaningful reply within two business days. This is not a resolution deadline or continuous availability. For a suspected security issue, email privacy@power-extension.com with a subject beginning [security]. Share minimal, redacted evidence.
Download diagnostics is optional. Review the local file before deciding whether to share it. It can contain private app code, saved data and requests; it is not an anonymous report or a backup.
