Make a request
Email privacy@power-extension.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or deletion of your Power account. Describe the request first. We verify requests proportionately and explain information that must be retained.
Do not send a sign-in code, password, API key or unnecessary identity documents. If more information is needed, support will explain the next step. A deletion request is not confirmation that every record or backup has already been erased.
Local apps and subscriptions
Uninstalling removes local apps and data in this Chrome profile, but your account remains. Account deletion is a separate verified request. Cancel any subscription separately and keep important source records before removing local work.
Wait-list messages
Use the unsubscribe link in a wait-list email or write to privacy@power-extension.com. No sign-in is needed to unsubscribe. Signing in or submitting the wait-list form again does not reverse a withdrawal.
