Cancel and refunds

Manage an existing subscription, check its confirmation and use the agreement that applies to your account.

Power is currently in closed testing. Check your account for access and plan availability.

Cancel renewal separately

Removing the extension or requesting account deletion does not cancel a paid subscription. Open your web account and use Manage subscription when available. Check the actual cancellation confirmation and access-end date.

If you cannot open billing, email billing@power-extension.com. A request to legal@power-extension.com remains a contact option under the account Terms. Do not send full card details.

Refund requests

For a refund or billing concern, describe what happened and provide a payment reference if you have one. Your applicable account agreement and mandatory consumer rights determine the outcome. Cancellation of future renewal and a refund request are separate.

This Help page does not add a refund promise, remove a statutory right or change an earlier purchase. Public website Terms cover the website and wait-list; use the identified account agreement for an existing subscription.
