Power Extension — waitlist notice

Version interest-2026-10-29

Who we are. GENZAI, the registered Ontario business name of Azamat Smailov (Ontario BIN 1001692014), runs the waitlist for Genzai Power, the Power Extension for Chrome. This notice applies to the waitlist form on power-extension.com.

What we record. Your email address, the submission time, the exact wording of the checkbox you ticked, this notice's version and fingerprint, and your consent to our emails.

Why. Joining the waitlist means subscribing to Genzai's emails. The form has one checkbox, and you tick it to join. It lets us send you a welcome email right after you join, then news, product updates, launch announcements and promotions (including promotional videos) from Genzai about its own products, as often as Genzai chooses, until you unsubscribe.

We send a welcome email right after you join; when many people join at once it can arrive later. Joining does not create an account, require payment or grant access to the product. There is no guaranteed launch date.

Providers. Supabase stores the waitlist record. Resend sends the emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks IP address and browser signals to stop automated abuse. Security counters use keyed hashes, not your plain email or IP address. This information may be processed in Canada and the United States. Email you send us is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, section 6. See https://power-extension.com/privacy for all providers, safeguards and your rights.

Adults only. The waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older.

Your choices. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@power-extension.com. To access, correct or delete your information, email privacy@power-extension.com. A previous unsubscribe or erasure stays in force when you submit this form again. If your address is already on the waitlist, submitting this form again does not change your record or your choices and sends no email. To unsubscribe at any time, use the link in any of our emails or write to privacy@power-extension.com. We keep consent evidence and limited suppression records as needed to honour your choices and applicable legal obligations.
